Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Pick up, unload, and complete proper documentation for product donations.
• Assist in unloading shipments and completing proper documentation.
• Deliver agency orders to rural sites.
• Maintain upkeep of Food Bank vehicles, including routine maintenance (fluids, fuel, etc.) and daily Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR).
• Responsible for pulling and distributing orders for member programs, including updating invoices.
• Assist in monthly inventory processes.
• Keep warehouse organized and stocked.
• Assist in paperwork tracking on critical issues such as temperature logs, chemical storage, and food safety to meet all warehouse standards.
• Responsible for the daily housekeeping of the work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director McAlester Branch.
