MasterCraft Boat Company seeks a warehouse associate to receive and stock parts, transfer inventory between production and service warehouses, and update BIN locations. You will unload and load trucks, perform cycle counts, and help with 5S initiatives in a warehouse environment.
The role requires operating an order picker and forklift, reading instructions, and maintaining safety standards daily. Dexterity and physical fitness are essential for lifting 50–100 lbs and working in varying weather

Receiving & entering purchased parts from suppliers into the Avante system, verifying that items from supplier are correct and all quantities are correct. Shelving of received parts, transferring of inventory from production warehouse to service warehouse, updating BIN locations, relocate DEFBIN parts to a permanent BIN location within seven days, manage the BIN location system to better benefit the flow of picking parts. Unloading and loading trucks, perform cycle counts and does physical inventory as required. Cross-trains to assist other warehouse positions as dictated by workload. Takes pictures of parts to be uploaded for use on DealerLink. Participate and work toward 5S goals and observe all safety rules. Use Avante database system on a daily basis.
Minimum education level required, however G.E.D. preferred. Previous warehouse/stock room experience preferred. Avante and Excel experience preferred.
Must be able to read and understand instructions. Must be able to operate fork truck and order picker without fear of heights.
Work is in a warehouse environment where temperature and ventilation are controlled. Will be required to work inside and outside, regardless of weather conditions. A normal duty requires climbing, bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, reaching, turning, and twisting. Moderate to heavy lifting (50 to 100 lbs.), with or without accommodation, is required. Talking, hearing and normal vision are required.
Language skills - Able to understand spoken instructions with regard to job training and safety concerns and the ability to speak conversational English.
Reasoning skills - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed finishing of all products. Ability to deal with changes related to equipment use and productivity.
