Ford Motor Company in Dearborn seeks a Model-Based Systems Engineer to lead MBSE tool ownership, implement DSLs, and expand integration of CATIA Magic and Teamwork Cloud across the enterprise. Qualifications

BS in Engineering (Systems/Mech/EE) required.
3+ years MBSE and SysML experience required.
Advanced expertise with MagicDraw/CATIA Magic and Teamwork Cloud.
Experience creating DSLs and MagicDraw profiles.
Knowledge of SAE J1739 FMA and CATIA Magic integrations.
Experience providing user support and mentoring in SysML/MBSE/CATIA Magic.

Responsibilities

MBSE Tool Ownership: create and maintain DSLs and profiles; work with vendor on plugins and lifecycle.
Engineering Ecosystem Development: integrate MBSE with other enterprise systems and CAD/CAE data.
Drive MBSE Adoption: mentor product teams to accelerate enterprise deployment of MBSE and CATIA Magic.
Engineering Excellence: ensure MBSE model structures support FMA disciplines and RAAML; support digital transformation.
Deliver Technical Support: provide user support and enhancements for MBSE tool suite; support TWC infra work.
Develop MBSE Training Materials: create training docs and modeling guidelines for consistency.
Research Emerging Tech: explore Generative AI and SysML V2 within MBSE environment.
