Job summary

Peerless Technologies Corporation seeks a motivated Digital Engineering / MBSE Systems Engineer to support and expand MBSE at NSWC Crane. You will shape MBSE approaches, define architectures, and integrate MBSE with modeling and simulation within a high-impact defense team.

You will collaborate with government stakeholders and multidisciplinary engineers to advance digital engineering tools, standards, and mission-focused solutions in a DoD environment near Bloomington, IN.

Qualifications

• MBSE experience with model-based systems engineering methodologies.
• Proficient in SysML and MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo/NoMagic, Rhapsody).
• Strong systems engineering background: requirements, architecture, integration, V&V.
• Ability to translate mission needs into structured models and solutions.
• Experience collaborating with government customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Experience supporting trade studies, AoA, and design of experiments.

Responsibilities

• Define system architectures and develop digital threads for MBSE.
• Integrate MBSE with modeling and simulation environments.
• Support mission engineering, EW, and advanced simulation efforts.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
