Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years with a Bachelor’s or 3+ years with a Master’s, or equivalent PhD.
• Hands-on MBSE, Cameo/MSOSA, and SysML.
• Active Secret Clearance required prior to start.
• 100% onsite in St. Louis or Seattle.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional teams in developing autonomous and complex systems.
• Implement MBSE methodologies within a Digital Engineering ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain system architectures, requirements, and interfaces.
• Execute lifecycle systems engineering activities including trade studies and risk mitigation.
• Support technical reviews, docs, and customer-facing deliverables.
• Collaborate with SMEs across disciplines to integrate capabilities.
