Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Model-Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) Level 3 to support advanced aerospace and defense programs within a leading national security organization. This role is fully onsite in St.

Louis, Missouri or Seattle, Washington, and requires an active secret clearance. You will join a high-impact Systems Engineering & Integration team driving next-generation autonomous and weapons systems across highly complex, proprietary programs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on MBSE experience and proficiency with Cameo/MSOSA/SysML.
• Strong background in systems engineering for complex programs.
• Active Secret Clearance and on-site work readiness.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional teams in autonomous and complex systems development.
• Implement MBSE methodologies within a Digital Engineering ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain system architectures, requirements, and interfaces.
• Perform lifecycle systems engineering activities including traceability, risk mitigation, and verification planning.
• Collaborate on technical reviews, documentation, and customer deliverables.
