This role supports Ground Command and Control (C2) software development in Poway, CA or Huntsville, AL, focusing on data modeling, software architecture, and requirements management. The position involves leading design, integration, and testing efforts, with opportunities to contribute to MBSE and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring security

Qualifications

• Nine+ years of experience with a Bachelor's, seven+ years with a Master's, or four+ years with a PhD.
• Open architecture, software engineering, software development, and/or UAS command and control experience is a plus.
• Professional Engineering license desirable; ability to obtain DoD secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data models to support Ground C2 software systems.
• Architect Ground C2 software solutions for modularity and interoperability.
• Elicit, document, and manage software requirements with traceability.
• Support MBSE to define interfaces and behaviors for Ground C2 software.
• Perform integration and testing; troubleshoot issues and ensure component interoperability.
• Provide technical leadership, documentation, and stakeholder presentations.
