Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a systems engineer to conduct requirements management, MBSE, and analysis for a DoD ground vehicle program in the United States. You will develop system models, allocate requirements, assess quality, and support verification planning across multiple programs.

You will lead configuration management, leverage DOORS and other tools, and collaborate with technical experts to mature baselines and reports while pursuing security clearances and engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS.
• 5+ years of experience with SysML, MBSE, or digital engineering.
• Experience with software configuration management tools (JIRA, SVN, Bitbucket, Git).

Responsibilities

• Conduct systems engineering, integration, requirements management, and analysis for a DoW client.
• Develop, allocate, and maintain system and subsystem requirements and mature system models.
• Assess requirements quality and support reviews and verification planning.
• Lead and manage requirements configuration across multiple programs.
• Leverage MBSE and digital engineering tools to advance baseline development and reporting.
