Job summary
Booz Allen is seeking a Systems Engineer with 10+ years in aerospace to translate customer needs into MBSE solutions and lead model-based analysis for Air Force programs.
You will develop SysML models compliant with style guides, work with DOORS and CAMEO, and collaborate with engineers to ensure system development, integration and verification in a sustainment environment. A Secret clearance is required.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the aerospace industry.
- Experience developing style guide compliant SysML models for aircraft subsystems defined by legacy technical documents such as technical orders or wiring diagrams
- Experience with adopting new digital environments and modeling tools
- Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering toolsets such as CAMEO
- Experience with system development, integration and testing
- Experience performing requirements development and verification methods
- Experience leading technical discussions for avionic platforms, subsystems, or line replacement units during project planning and review sessions, and in informal interactions with the client or outside agencies
- Ability to identify risks, issues, and opportunities for an aircraft modification program
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
