Job summary

CSCI Consulting, Inc. seeks a System Architect – MBSE to lead enterprise architecture and model-based systems engineering for a DoD-driven SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will shape the architecture, model systems end-to-end, and drive adoption of the digital thread across the program lifecycle.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, defining integration patterns, governing models and interfaces, and briefing senior stakeholders on technical concepts and strategy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing enterprise, system, or solution architectures in DoD or comparable environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of system, operational, data, and integration architecture using MBSE and DoDAF/UAF frameworks.
• Develop and manage system models (SysML/UML) with full traceability.
• Drive digital engineering strategy and adoption of the digital thread across the program lifecycle.
• Translate requirements into scalable architectures supporting enterprise systems and integrations.
• Define integration patterns and interoperability requirements across DoD and partner systems.
• Establish architecture governance, modeling standards, and baselines; support design reviews.
• Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and program teams to resolve risks and cross-domain dependencies.
• Contribute to roadmaps and transition plans for enterprise transformation.
