A STEM degree and DoD Secret clearance are required, with 1+ year in DOORS or similar tools, and experience with ICBM or complex aerospace systems. The position offers a 9/80 schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in STEM with 2 years of experience; 0 years with master's degree.
• US citizenship with an active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years.
• Experience developing or reviewing requirements in DOORS or similar tool.
• 1+ year of experience in ICBM (MMIII or Sentinel) OR complex aerospace/defense systems.
• 1+ year of experience in team environments with leadership responsibilities.
• 1+ year of experience creating, updating, and maintaining system performance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), development of requirements and multiple system engineering models.
• Coordination & collaboration with the System Engineering and Command & Launch Segment System Engineering Teams.
• Supporting system, segment, element and unit level trade studies.
• Definition of high-level functional and performance requirements and verification methods, subsequent analysis, decomposition, and derivation of requirements, allocation to elements, and tracking them through design, verification, integration, and operational validation.
• Supporting a team of engineers to create, mature and present comprehensive and cohesive technical charts for milestone meetings.
• Identifying required contractual deliverables and non-contractual documentation and driving updates to closure.
• Coordinating and collaborating with diverse engineering design teams to manage the technical baseline.
