Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an MBSE Engineer to help modernize Navy personnel systems, strengthen data governance, and enable Total Force readiness. The role focuses on translating real-world needs into technical specifications and delivering customer‑focused engineering solutions across MBSE, HR/IT integration, and cloud-native architectures.

You will contribute to transformation efforts, model-based systems engineering, and data-driven engineering while growing skills in AI-enabled workflow

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with systems engineering lifecycle processes.
• Experience developing or interpreting core SysML diagrams, including Req, UC, ACT, SEQ, BDD, or IBD, to support internal team reviews
• Knowledge of SysML fundamentals, including requirements, behavior, structure, and parameters
• Knowledge of MBSE within the digital engineering ecosystem, including relationships between SE models, software development, PLM, ontology, and digital thread concepts
• Ability to support conceptualization, development, testing, and deployment of engineered systems
• Ability to open, navigate, and review SysML system models such as MagicDraw or Cameo, including navigating model hierarchies and diagram interconnections
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Engineering, or Physical Science
