Job summary

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required due to sensitive customer requirements.
Active TS/SCI security clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/IT or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience.
Experience creating, interpreting, and applying SysML 1.x models.
Hands-on MBSE with Cameo, Magic, IBM Rhapsody, or equivalent.
Strong collaboration and team-oriented mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Investigate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to elevate performance of software/hardware platforms.
Design, develop, and prototype new capabilities that enhance mission effectiveness.
Produce clear documentation, including capability descriptions and user guides.
Provide technical leadership and direction to programming teams.
Use independent judgment to develop solutions for complex engineering challenges.
Ensure all software components align with DoD cybersecurity directives.
Conduct vulnerability assessments and support Authority to Operate (ATO) compliance activities.
Collaborate both independently and within a multidisciplinary engineering team.
Perform additional tasks as needed to support mission success.
