Job summary

PMAT Inc. is seeking an experienced MBSE professional to support enterprise architecture development, digital engineering, and system-of-systems integration for Navy operational and technical environments in San Diego.

You will translate operational requirements into structured architectures, data models, and actionable insights across multiple domains including cybersecurity. You will collaborate with systems engineers, mission engineers, cybersecurity personnel, data engineers, and Palantir

Qualifications

• Strong MBSE and systems engineering fundamentals.
• Experience developing system/SoS architectures and interfaces.
• Knowledge of MBSE languages and digital engineering environments.
• Understanding governance, data dictionaries, and metadata standards.
• Ability to integrate engineering data across disciplines.
• Security considerations within models and artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise-wide architecture processes and governance.
• Apply MBSE to requirements development, design, analysis, and verification.
• Define enterprise data dictionaries and metadata standards.
• Collaborate with Palantir teams to integrate models within MSS.
• Coordinate with Mission Engineering to align architectures with requirements.
• Develop a connected digital thread to improve traceability.
• Maintain architecture models and technical documentation.
• Support cybersecurity integration during lifecycle.
• Provide analyses and recommendations for IPTs and governance boards.
• Develop leadership briefings and engineering reports.
