MBC Construction is seeking a Paving Operator for our paving division, specializing in concrete construction projects.

Concrete Paving Equipment Operator Responsibilities:

1. Operate Gomaco 2 Track Paver with Trimble PCS900 Grade Control.
2. Operate Gomaco Commander 3 with Trimble PCS900 Grade Control.
3. Monitor, adjust, and maintain grade and alignment on 3D equipped Concrete Paver/Trimmer.
4. Assist in machine setup and width adjustments.
5. Conduct pre-operational checks and assist with maintenance of equipment.
6. Operate construction equipment following company procedures and safety regulations.

Qualifications - Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience operating slip form pavers with grade control.
• Experience with multiple construction equipment pieces.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy according to plans.
• Ability to take initiative, organize, and solve problems.

Minimum Requirements:

• 1 year experience with slip form paver OR 2 years experience with grading equipment using Trimble grade control.
• Experience with multiple construction equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and adhere to drug and alcohol policies.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay is commensurate with experience.
