Job summary

Tapestry, Inc. invites MBA students and recent graduates to join its Summer 2027 Strategy Internship program in New York City. The internship offers hybrid work with in-office Tuesdays to Thursdays, running from June 1, 2027 to August 6, 2027.

Interns will develop and support a global multi-year strategy and own a strategic project across corporate or brand strategy teams. The role emphasizes a consumer-focused, data-driven approach, collaboration across brands like Coach and Kate Spade, and

Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed an MBA degree or equivalent.
Overall experience: 2+ years in corporate strategy, management consulting, or related operating roles.
Global-focused experience in retail, apparel, DTC brands, or ecommerce preferred.
Demonstrates a global mindset and experience supporting a global business.
Consumer mindset and data-driven, insights-led approach.

Responsibilities

Own a strategic initiative/project at corporate strategy or brand strategy level.
Collaborate with Strategy & Consumer Insights and cross-functional teams (finance, marketing, merchandising).
Support long-range and annual planning processes with Finance teams.
Assist in leadership meetings and workshops for Tapestry executives and brand leaders.
Contribute to ongoing transversal efforts across strategy, finance, and analytics.
