Tapestry, Inc. is seeking a motivated MBA Strategy Intern for the Summer 2027 program in New York City.

You will collaborate with the Strategy & Insights team and cross-functional partners to support the development and execution of a global, multi-year strategy across Coach, kate spade, and Tapestry groups. The role requires pursuing or recently completed MBA and about 2+ years in corporate strategy, consulting, or related operating roles, with a global mindset and a collaborative approach.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing or recently completed an MBA degree or equivalent.
• Overall Experience: 2+ years in areas such as corporate strategy, management consulting, or operating roles.
• Multi-Industry Expertise: Experience in retail, apparel, DTC brands, or ecommerce preferred.
• Global Focus: Should demonstrate a global mindset; prior experience supporting a global business preferred.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Strategy & Insights and cross-functional partners to identify opportunities for growth.
• Own a strategic initiative/project over the summer at corporate or brand level.
• Perform market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to inform strategy.
• Support long-range and annual planning with Finance teams at corporate and brand levels.
• Assist in leadership meetings and the execution of strategic initiatives for brands.
