Job summary

Keystone Group is seeking an MBA-qualified consultant to own analytical workstreams and translate complex business questions into rigorous analyses. You will work across a variety of problem areas, mentoring associates and shaping client-ready deliverables.

The role emphasizes data-driven storytelling, quantitative rigor, and the ability to operate in ambiguity, with compensation including a discretionary bonus and strong benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Econometrics, Finance, Mathematics or a closely related field from a top university (target GPA 3.7+).
MBA required; Master’s in Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or related field a plus.
5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, product management, data science, or strategy roles.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end analytical workstreams and translate business questions into rigorous approaches.
Design advanced quantitative analyses using Python, R, or Stata.
Lead and review junior work, ensuring rigor and quality.
Lead targeted research to inform problem framing and analytical design.
Develop client-ready narratives and high-impact exhibits.
