Job summary

Bellevue University is seeking a Program Director for the Masters of Business Administration. This full-time faculty leadership role oversees design, delivery, and continuous improvement of MBA programs, coordinating with deans, admissions, advising, and external stakeholders to enhance student outcomes.

The PD will use data to guide improvements, mentor faculty, and develop strategic program growth while maintaining academic rigor and compliance.

Qualifications

Terminal degree in Business, Management, or closely related field required.
Minimum 4 years of graduate-level teaching experience (online or in-person).
Ability to teach a wide variety of Business and Management courses from undergraduate to doctoral levels.
Industry experience related to assigned academic programs is highly desirable.
Familiarity with data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and data storytelling is desired.

Responsibilities

Oversee program design and delivery of MBA courses and ensure alignment with Course Master Design Standards.
Lead faculty development, set expectations for student engagement, and evaluate teaching performance.
Conduct data-driven analysis to improve program outcomes and enrollment trends.
Engage in formal program assessment processes to continually improve programs.
Collaborate with enrollment management, marketing, and corporate learning to grow program exposure.
