Auditless is seeking a MARKET RESEARCH INTERN to help identify 2-3 markets to target for the next 3 years, aiming for $10M ARR by 2029. This remote, 8-10 week internship offers hands-on research that informs our FY26-28 strategy.

You will conduct market sizing, competitive analysis, and 30-50 founder/VC interviews, translating data into clear recommendations for the CEO/COO and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• MBA student with 2–5 years in consulting or financial analysis.
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems.
• Experience with SEC filings, databases, and LinkedIn sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify viable markets for $10M ARR with <15% market share.
• Map competitive landscape, distribution partners, and buyer personas.
• Use AI to verify sources and quality-check outputs.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to assess build requirements.
• Conduct 30-50 interviews with fund CFOs, GPs, auditors, and administrators.
• Score markets on pain, willingness to pay, and sales cycle.
• Validate pricing and GTM assumptions with real buyers.
• Present final ranked recommendation to CEO/COO.
• Define FY26-28 strategy from the findings.
