GALLO is offering a 10-week MBA Information Technology internship designed to launch your technology leadership journey. You will own a high-impact project spanning Direct-to-Consumer tech, Sales & Marketing systems, Agriculture tools, Operations and more.

You will work with stakeholders to translate business needs into tech-based solutions, explore generative AI use cases, and gain exposure to a leadership development program that accelerates growth with company leaders.

A Taste of What You'll Do

Launch your technology leadership journey through GALLO’s 10-week MBA Information Technology internship. You’ll take ownership of a high-impact, highly visible project with responsibilities similar to those of our full-time employees. Your work may support Direct-to-Consumer technology, Sales and Marketing Systems, Agricultural Management tools, Operations and Supply Chain, Finance, or Human Resources.

As a technology business consultant, you’ll partner with customers and stakeholders to understand business challenges, anticipate needs, and translate those needs into technology-based solutions. Projects may include identifying business use cases for generative AI, developing technology platform strategies, analyzing business processes, or building applications that improve project intake and management.

You’ll tackle a real-world IT challenge, use the latest AI tools, and deliver innovative solutions or recommendations that directly impact the business. This internship also serves as a pipeline into full-time opportunities within our MBA Information Technology Strategic Leadership Development Program, an accelerated experience designed to develop future leaders through challenging assignments, broad business exposure, and meaningful interaction with company leaders.

What You'll Need

• Currently enrolled in the first year of an MBA program and will receive degree by June 2028.
• Three years of full-time work experience prior to beginning your MBA.
• Experience effectively presenting information to top management groups.
• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

The Fine Print

• We offer a broad salary range to allow for long-term growth. Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participate in tasting room tip pools, as applicable.
