Job summary

3M is seeking an MBA IT Enterprise Application Intern for a Summer 2027 start. This internship runs 10-12 weeks, typically full-time, with an on-site work model at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN. Housing and transportation stipends are provided according to policy.

You will join cross-functional teams to address real business challenges, develop solution options, and learn from senior leaders while gaining hands-on IT project experience.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing MBA as of start date or completed MBA with relevant IT exposure.
• GPA 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale is preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple process teams to understand system requirements.
• Develop solution options and recommend a preferred approach.
• Collaborate with business users to identify enhancements for delivered capabilities.
