Job summary

3M is seeking an undergraduate marketing intern for Summer 2027 in the Safety and Industrial Business Group (SIBG). The role offers the opportunity to explore portfolio and product marketing, market research, and demand generation while collaborating with teams around the world.

You will analyze data, support go-to-market activities, develop presentations, and help with campaigns. The position is on-site in Maplewood, MN or Austin, TX, with housing and transportation stipends provided.

Responsibilities

• Support product marketing activities including value proposition development and lifecycle support.
• Assist with new product launches by developing presentations and customer-facing content.
• Analyze marketing and campaign data to evaluate opportunities and growth potential.
• Support digital marketing and demand generation activities, including email campaigns and website updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and drive go-to-market execution.
