Job summary

Capital One’s Investment Banking Development Program seeks a full-time MBA Associate to support the KippsDeSanto, Co. team in M&A advisory across Aerospace, Defense, Government and Technology sectors.

The two-year program aims to accelerate careers in capital markets with hands-on training, client exposure and leadership opportunities. Associates will help prepare clients for market, engage buyers, and assist due diligence through closing.

Qualifications

• MBA in progress with expected degree by July 2027
• At least 1 year of Corporate & Investment Banking, Consulting, Private Equity, or Transaction Advisory experience

Responsibilities

• Create client marketing presentations and memoranda
• Develop in-depth understanding of investment banking products and services
• Conduct industry and market research
• Prepare and analyze historical and projected financial performance
• Assist in the preparation of valuation models
• Assist in development and cultivation of client relationships
• Mentor and assist in the management of Analysts
