Job summary

NewsBreak in Mountain View is hiring an HR internship within the General Management Rotation Program (MRP) for MBA candidates graduating in 2026 or 2027. It targets professionals with at least three years of business experience and provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions with executive mentorship.

You will rotate across Total Rewards, HR business partner, talent acquisition, and employee relations, guided by a Sr.

Description:

NewsBreak is hiring an intern for the Human Resources track of our General Management Rotation Program (MRP). The goal of our MRP is to attract experienced (minimum 3 years business experience), high potential MBA upcoming graduates and develop them into future HR leaders within NewsBreak. This internship provides hands‑on exposure to core HR functions and executive mentorship, building the depth needed to accelerate individual development and prepare candidates for key HR roles upon program graduation.

Hourly Pay: $35 - $55/hour

The US base salary range for this full-time position is listed below. Pay may vary based on a number of factors including job‑related skills, level, experience, geographic location and relevant education or training. At NewsBreak, we design our overall rewards package to attract top talents. Depending on the position, the role may also be eligible for discretionary bonus and options. $35 - $55 USD
