Job summary

You'll work with senior leaders on Finance, FP&A, R2R, P2P topics, develop insights, and present findings. This in-person role typically involves collaboration at client sites or EY offices.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an MBA with ~3+ years of relevant work experience in finance/consulting.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and inclusivity.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to convey complex concepts with data.
• Intellectual curiosity, initiative, and strong analytical/problem-solving ability.
• Foundational understanding of business operating models and financial performance.
• Detail-oriented, structured mindset with willingness to learn new topics.
• Openness to feedback and proactive in seeking guidance and building consulting skills.

• Available for in-person work ~3 days/week at EY/client sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with a business perspective to improve or transform finance functions, reducing costs and improving information.
• Lead finance transformation workstreams, manage risk, and ensure stakeholders are informed of progress and outcomes.
• Apply process optimization, data analysis and operating model design to deliver measurable value and support decision-making.
