Job summary

EY Consulting’s Finance team is seeking an MBA intern for Summer 2027 to help transform client finance functions. You will work across cross-functional teams, lead workstreams, and support finance transformation initiatives with data-driven insights and process optimization.

This in-person internship involves collaboration at client sites or EY offices, typically about three days per week, with strong emphasis on leadership, communication, and problem-solving in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an MBA with 3+ years of relevant work experience in finance, consulting, or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment with inclusivity.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate complex concepts using data to generate insights.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a growth mindset and willingness to learn.
• Understanding of how operating models, organizational structures, and processes influence financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead critical workstreams, monitor progress, manage risk, and drive efficiencies in finance transformation initiatives.
• Apply process optimization techniques, data analysis, and operating model design principles to deliver measurable business value.
• Collaborate with senior leadership teams in domestic and multinational companies across client engagements.
• Organize and communicate progress and outcomes to key stakeholders while aligning objectives with client expectations.
