Johnson & Johnson’s MBA Finance Leadership Development Program (MB AFLDP) is a four-year, full-time rotational program for MBA graduates to accelerate growth as future Finance leaders.

You will complete two manager-level rotations, lead analysts, deliver financial insights, and gain experience across segments with potential future rotations near NJ sites. Start at NJ HQ with CMA certification during the program.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a full-time MBA program and graduating between August 2026 and August 2027.
• Five+ years of full-time professional or military work experience with demonstrated leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and adopt new AI tools and ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Complete two Finance Manager-level rotations across business segments (Corporate Services, Medical Technology, Innovative Medicine).
• Lead and develop a team of analysts while delivering financial insights and outcomes.
• Grow enterprise perspective and prepare for director-level roles; CMA certification required during the program.
