The Brattle Group is seeking an Associate – Finance/Accounting to join our Boston team. You will work on challenging financial, valuation, and regulatory projects for clients worldwide, applying finance, accounting, and economic concepts to complex engagements.

Ideal candidates will have an MBA with Finance/Valuation/Accounting background, CPA/public accounting experience, and strong quantitative skills with Excel and statistical software like Stata or R.

Qualifications

• An MBA with a background in Finance, Valuation and/or Accounting
• CPA/public accounting experience and/or several years of relevant work experience (preferably in bankruptcy, forensic accounting, damages, or litigation support)
• Demonstrated record of outstanding academic and/or professional accomplishment
• Intellectual curiosity and drive to think creatively about complex finance, valuation, business strategy, and accounting issues
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Stata or R is helpful
• Ability to express complex ideas through written reports and presentations
• Entrepreneurial drive to build a personal brand while contributing to the firm
• Desire to work, learn, and lead within a collaborative team environment
