  • Occasional overtime, weekends, and flexible schedules as required.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with calm, collaborative leadership on a busy production floor.

  • Perform daily audits to ensure SOSs are being followed. + Load audit + Stop audit + OBKA (Out of Box Kitchen Audit) + OBKA line log + Scan validation + SMG (Shipping Management Guidebook)
  • Ensure cabinets, boxes, labels and pallets conform to customer specifications and regulatory requirements; provide feedback as needed.
  • Assist in root-cause analysis investigations to resolve shipping defects.
  • Identify areas for improvement.
  • Other duties as assigned
