Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is hiring a full-time Sprayer to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll assemble or manufacture cabinets and cabinet components to meet production goals, with training provided for your position.

Shift is 1st, 6am–4:30pm, with some overtime. Starting pay is $20.25 per hour, plus a Perfect Attendance Bonus up to $1,000 annually and a $1,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401K, PTO and holidays.

• Physically demanding role requiring ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 10–12 hours.

SHIFT

1st shift hours: Monday – Thursday 6am to 4:30pm (some overtime required)

PAY

Offering eligible candidates a $1,000 sign‑on bonus for 1st shift Minimum starting rate of $20.25 per hour and may vary based on previous experience Perfect Attendance Bonus of up to an additional $1,000 per year

Compensation Range: 20.25 - 26.78 *Actual pay will vary based on qualifications and other factors
