Ladders is seeking an MB-Lead Product Designer to lead the design of a flagship offering, guiding work from framing to launch while shaping the broader product experience. You will partner closely with product and engineering leadership to influence roadmap decisions and translate complex challenges into elegant, scalable solutions.

The role calls for strong design leadership across the product suite, with a focus on quality, accessibility, and design system consistency.

Formación

• 8+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Experience designing for AI functionality and using an AI pattern library.
• Fluency in interaction design and visual craft with high quality standards.
• Proven ability to contribute to scalable design systems across products.
• Experience influencing product strategy alongside PMs and engineers.
• Strong research skills, including usability testing and data analysis.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.

For our client, we are seeking a MB-Lead Product Designer to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead product design for a flagship offering, guiding work from problem framing through launch while helping shape the broader product experience. You will partner closely with product and engineering leadership to influence roadmap decisions and translate complex challenges into elegant, scalable solutions. The position also calls for strong design leadership across the product suite, with a focus on quality, accessibility, and design system consistency.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $109,000 – $140,000 annually
