Job summary

Lake Compounce is seeking a Maze Host/Stagehand for Phantom Fall Fest. You will delight guests with a friendly attitude, help guests through maze attractions, and ensure safe, efficient operation of all houses and mazes.

Candidates should be at least 16 years old, with a high school diploma preferred. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holiday availability are required for this seasonal role at the Bristol park.

Qualifications

• No previous work experience needed.
• Must be at least 16 years of age to comply with Connecticut Child Labor Laws.

Responsibilities

• Delight each guest by providing exceptional customer service and engaging with guests in a fun, friendly manner.
• Ensure the safe and continuous operation of all House/Maze attractions.
• Complete daily safety checklist before operation of ride.
• Explain safety procedures to House/Maze attendees.
• Assist guests in and out of the maze structures and cycle through the line safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Proactively monitor assigned areas and escalate safety hazards as needed.
• Enforce park policies and labor laws.
