Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking a Mazak Lathe Operator for our Paoli, WI facility on the night shift. This direct hire opportunity involves setting up and operating Mazak lathes and reading blueprints to ensure precise tolerances.

Responsibilities include using precision measuring tools and interpreting drawings to meet specifications, with benefits and a direct hire path offered by Spherion Staffing. Night shift schedule applies, located in Paoli, Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; preference for a CNC-related 2-year degree.
• Ability to edit code to adjust machine settings if tolerances are off.
• Previous experience with conversational lathes (Mazak highly preferred).

Spherion is working with a full-service machine shop that has been servicing companies with their machined part needs since 1945! We are currently looking for a Mazak Lathe Operator to join the team on night shift for this direct hire opportunity.

Role Highlights

• Schedule: Monday- Thursday, 3:30pm- 1:30am
