Gleason Corporation in Loves Park, Illinois is seeking a TOOL ROOM CNC Machinist for the 1st shift. This position offers an excellent opportunity to expand your CNC skills in a supportive team environment. Candidates must possess prior CNC machine operation experience, particularly with Mazak Lathes, and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.

TOOL ROOM CNC Machinist - 1st Shift

Must be a problem solver and good team player!

This position requires the operation of various CNC equipment both Lathes and Mills with a focus on a Mazak Lathe. Will also include the operation of CMM inspection machines, use of calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools as needed.

This is a role for a team player looking to learn and grow in a fast paced environment supporting their co-workers.

Heavy emphasis on problem-solving and troubleshooting to make unique and custom items in response to various requests.

Fulfilling the duties and responsibilities requires communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

We are looking for applicants who are dependable, focused on providing the highest-level quality product to the customer, and take pride in their work.

Must have prior CNC machine operation experience to be considered for this role; preference given to those with CNC lathe experience.
