QUICK USA in Walton, KY is seeking a skilled Mazak Machine Operator to set up, program, and run Mazak CNC centers (3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-face). The role requires reading blueprints and CAD files and ensuring part quality.

You will maintain machines, perform routine maintenance, train junior operators, and collaborate with the team to meet production goals. This is a full-time on-site position with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience operating Mazak CNC machines (3-axis, 4-axis, 5-face).
• Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files.
• Knowledge of G-code and Mazatrol programming.
• Familiar with precision measuring tools and QC procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; team player.
• Able to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain Mazak CNC machines (3-axis, 4-axis, 5-face).
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and CAD files.
• Program and adjust machine settings for quality output.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot Mazak machines.
• Conduct QC checks on machined parts.
