Job Description

The Mayo-Foley Health Law Fellowship is a unique opportunity for current first-year law students interested in a health care law career. This fellowship combines two summer internships:

1. Mayo Clinic Internship (Summer 2025): A 10-12 week remote internship (workable from anywhere in the U.S.) with the possibility of optional travel to Rochester, MN. This portion is fully remote.
2. Foley & Lardner LLP Internship (Summer 2026): A 10-week internship in either Foley’s Boston or Los Angeles office as a 2L summer associate. The expected salary for the Los Angeles position is $225,000 annually, pro-rated for the time spent.

Successful completion of both internships leads to a full-time associate position at Foley & Lardner LLP upon law school graduation in the fall.
