Job summary

DigiPen Institute of Technology seeks a Student TA for ANI-3503 3D Animation III (Daly). The incumbent will assist in the Daly campus, focusing on Maya-based animation support and classroom labs, with a 4–6 hour weekly commitment.

Applicants must be DigiPen matriculated students in good standing, having completed ANI-350 or a similar 300-level CG Animation course with a B+ or higher. Local WA residency required.

Qualifications

• Must be a current DigiPen student.
• Maintain good academic standing – not on Academic Warning.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
• Have taken ANI-350 or other 300-level CG Animation class with a B+ or better.
• Residents must be within the State of Washington; remote work outside WA not allowed.

Responsibilities

• Classroom setup.
• Technical help and animation assistance to students on assignments and exercises.
• Assisting students in labs and during published office hours.
• Meeting students online, if required.
• Providing constructive feedback for the students.
• Accountable for tracking and reporting the amount of time worked.
• Working with other TAs and possibly covering for other class times.
• General help and collaboration with instructors.
