The Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) owns, operates, and maintains eight major toll facilities, comprised of four bridges, two tunnels, and two turnpikes across the State of Maryland. Nature of Work:This position serves as a Maximo Support Analyst for the Operations Maximo Team of the Office of Asset Management and Support Services.The individual in this role will be responsible for delivering monthly and on-demand training/support to over 300 Maximo software users across different MDTA offices. They will create training materials and Standard Operating Procedures to improve users' skills and assist them in adapting to new business processes and technologies. Additionally, the role involves supporting the research, development, planning, and implementation of MDTA’s Maximo-based Enterprise Asset Management System, ensuring it meets operational requirements. The specific duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
The position will receive supervision from the Maximo Database Specialist Supervisor or other designated official. The current vacancies exist in Baltimore County, Maryland.Hybrid telework schedules may be available for this position.

Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
Experience: Threeyears experience in administrative or professional work. ** One year and six months of this experience must include working with IBM Maximo or similar enterprise asset management systems.
