Job summary

CTG is seeking an experienced IBM Maximo MAS 9 specialist to join our Dallas team for a 12-month engagement. You will develop, configure, and upgrade MAS environments, and design integrations with enterprise systems.

You will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, perform patching and monitoring, and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing across teams. Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of hands-on IBM Maximo development experience, including MAS 9, upgrades, integrations, and implementation.
• Experience with complex enterprise applications and middleware in production and non-production environments.
• Translating business requirements into technical solutions and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with system implementation, process optimization, change management, version control, testing, debugging, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, customize, and upgrade IBM MAS environments.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and application designs.
• Design, configure, test, troubleshoot, and support Maximo integrations with third-party and enterprise systems.
• Perform system updates, patch management, performance monitoring, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Support data management, reporting, SQL, database management, and process automation.
• Collaborate with users, developers, architects, and management on implementation and integration initiatives.
• Support production and non-production environments, including installation, configuration, testing, debugging, and upgrades.
• Develop technical documentation and share knowledge, training, and change management.
