You will lead MAS 9 deployments, guide migrations, and oversee OpenShift/Kubernetes-based pipelines, cloud integrations, and performance tuning. Strong communication and MAS certifications are a plus for a collaborative, high-visibility team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on MAS 9 expertise required.
• MAS 9 architecture, deployment, and configuration knowledge.
• Experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Cloud platform experience: AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud.
• Experience with DB2/Oracle/SQL Server in MAS environments.
• Strong communication to present complex concepts to stakeholders.
• IBM Maximo or MAS certification is a strong plus.

• Design, architect, and deploy IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 9 infrastructure solutions for enterprise clients
• Lead technical assessments, system integrations, and migrations to MAS 9 environments
• Develop and maintain architecture documentation, blueprints, and best practice standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Maximo infrastructure with business and operational requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues within MAS 9 environments
• Oversee deployment pipelines, containerization (OpenShift/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure supporting MAS 9
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and administrators
• Ensure system performance, scalability, security, and high availability across Maximo environments

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maximo Architect or Senior Administrator with hands-on MAS 9 expertise
• Deep knowledge of IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 9 architecture, deployment, and configuration
• Experience with Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployments
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud
• Strong understanding of enterprise asset management (EAM) principles and ITSM frameworks
• Experience with database administration (DB2, Oracle, or SQL Server) in Maximo environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to stakeholders
• IBM Maximo or MAS certification is a strong plus
