Job summary

Net2Source (N2S) is seeking a Maximo Engineer with Business Analyst experience for a contract role. Location options include Plano, TX (3 days/week) or Georgetown, KY (3 days/week), with possible remote work and travel as needed.

The role requires strong IBM Maximo expertise, MIF workflows, data mappings, and SQL queries against Oracle or SQL Server. You will translate requirements between maintenance and IT teams, develop FRDs and UAT scripts, and build dashboards with BIRT, Cognos, or Power

Qualifications

• Business Analyst with strong IBM Maximo experience.
• Experience with IBM Maximo, MIF, workflow and application configuration.
• Gather business requirements from technicians and engineers.
• Work with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) for data mapping and integrations.
• Perform SQL querying for Oracle or SQL Server databases.
• Analyze reliability metrics, including MTBF and MTTR.
• Support Predictive Maintenance and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with the core business team.
• Create Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) and UAT scripts.
• Build dashboards using BIRT, Cognos, or Power BI.
• Mentor client project team members and collaborate with IBM for escalations.

• Optimize failure code hierarchy structures.
• Translate technical requirements between maintenance teams and IT developers.
• Create Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) and UAT scripts.

• Coordinate cross-functionally with the core business team.
• Manage vendors and collaborate directly with IBM for escalations.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams for issue resolution.
