The Building People is seeking a Mid-Level Application Developer to support IBM Maximo delivery and other COTS solutions for government and commercial clients. This remote role emphasizes applying engineering principles to deliver reliable, scalable software solutions.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma and 5+ years of related experience, with 6 years of experience able to substitute for a Bachelor's degree. Remote work is supported nationwide.

The Building People are seeking a qualified Mid-Level Application Developer to support immediate IBM Maximo solution delivery as well as other COTS solution technologies to support a growing portfolio of federal government, local government, non-profit, and commercial customers - all while operating remotely.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering theory and principles to problems, usually under the direction of engineering staff.
• Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems. Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.
• High School & 5+ years of related experience, 6 years’ work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
