Job summary

CTG seeks a Maximo Developer in Dallas, TX to design, configure, and upgrade IBM Maximo MAS 9 environments. You will translate business needs into technical solutions and build integrations with major systems.

You will perform updates, patching, performance monitoring, and root-cause analysis while supporting data management, reporting, and automation efforts across production and non-production environments.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on IBM Maximo development experience (MAS 9) including upgrades, integrations, and implementation.
• Experience with complex enterprise applications and middleware in production and non-production environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with system implementation, process optimization, change management, version control, testing, debugging, and technical documentation.

Duration: 12 months

Duties

• Develop, configure, customize, and upgrade IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) environments.

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and application designs.

• Design, configure, test, troubleshoot, and support Maximo integrations with third‑party and enterprise systems.

• Perform system updates, patch management, performance monitoring, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.

• Support data management, reporting, advanced SQL, database management, and process automation.

• Collaborate with business users, developers, architects, technical teams, and management on implementation and integration initiatives.

• Support production and non‑production environments, including installation, configuration, testing, debugging, and upgrades.

• Develop technical documentation and support knowledge sharing, user training, change management, and version control.

• Ensure solutions meet applicable security, privacy, compliance, quality, and performance standards.

Skills

• IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) development, configuration, customization, and integration.

• Advanced SQL, database management, data management, and reporting.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
