Job summary

ECLARO is seeking a Maximo Data Resource to support data migration strategies for a US Government client in Washington, DC. You will design, validate, and migrate data, analyze source systems, and create custom migration objects and workflows to ensure data integrity.

The role requires strong Maximo data structure knowledge, governance experience, and the ability to work with limited direction while aligning with client objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Data and Optimization program definition and execution across multiple industries.
• 3+ years of experience with data governance and implementing data management standards across large-scale projects and organizations.

Position Overview

• Maximo Data resource is responsible for supporting the designing and executing data migration strategies for US Government Client Maximo implementations.
• Supports reviews source system architecture and data, identifies required data elements, and develops migration plans.
• Supports the creation of custom migration objects and workflows to import and validate data.
• Participates in the transformation of historical data and ensures alignment with project timelines and dependencies.
• Supports database performance, integrity, and compliance across multiple platforms and environments.
• Must be able to work with limited direct input from US Government Client staff, while ensuring that outcomes are aligned with US Government Client vision, mission, and objectives.
• Technical skills, programming expertise, and knowledge of Maximo data structures are a given

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Data and Optimization program definition and execution across multiple industries
• 3+ years of experience with data governance and implementing data management standards across large-scale projects and organizations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Cloud Environments (AWS, Cloud)
• Prior Experience with US Government Client:
• Understanding of Maximo application, functionalities, and configuration options
• Experience with Maximo custom object creation and workflow design
• Experience serving as Task Leader or technical liaison
