Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong skills in SQL and experience with report writing tools.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support services to partners according to procedures and SLAs.
• Resolve partners’ technical issues using database/application knowledge.
• Develop solutions using Maximo configuration and customization tools.
• Offer on-call support as needed outside of work hours.
• Monitor phone and ticketing systems to resolve technical issues timely.
