Position Description

• Build customer confidence by making the store experience interactive, engaging and reassuring
• Maximize customer experience by uncovering needs and offering solutions
• Maintain the visual appeal of the store
• Develop positive customer relationships
• Ensures customers are greeted and waited on quickly, efficiently and in a pleasant manner
• Assist in stocking and organizing displays ensuring that all merchandise is presented in a professional manner
• May be assigned to operate the cash register, promote sales and assist customers
• May be assigned to the stock room quality controlling, processing, pricing and stocking merchandise
• Operates a cash register and receives payment from customers in cash or credit card, accurately counts and provides change to customers as required, and follows all customer service and cash handling policies and procedures
• Must love Chocolate!!!
  
  

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous retail or customer service-oriented experience preferred
• Ability to listen carefully and actively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation is a MUST
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
