Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities

• Provideapplication supportfor Manhattan Active WM (MAWM) in production and non-production environments.
• Design, configure, and customizelabels(shipping labels, carton labels, pallet labels, compliance labels, etc.) using MAWM label design tools and third-party label management systems (e.g.,Loftware, NiceLabel, Bartender).
• Troubleshoot and resolvelabel printing issuesacross multiple sites and printer models (Zebra, Honeywell, etc.).
• Work withbusiness teamsto gather requirements for new label formats and implement them in MAWM.
• Support dailywarehouse operations– inbound, outbound, inventory, RF transactions, and reporting.
• Manageintegrations between MAWM and print servers(Loftware/NiceLabel/Bartender).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ERP, TMS, automation, IT infrastructure) to resolve issues.
• Participate inupgrades, enhancements, and change requestsrelated to MAWM and labeling.
• Document support activities, create SOPs, and provide training for warehouse teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ yearsof experience inManhattan Active WM (MAWM)
• Strong hands-on experience inlabel designing toolssuch asLoftware, Bartender, NiceLabel.
• Good understanding ofwarehouse processes– inbound, outbound, inventory, putaway, picking, shipping.
• Knowledge ofRF devices and label printer configurations.
• Proficiency inSQL, Unix/Linux commands, and troubleshooting integrations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience withincident/change management toolslike ServiceNow or JIRA.
