Qualifications

• Systems analysis experience in complex applications.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with MAVEN.
• Experience with system configuration and rule-based logic.
• Ability to read, write, and modify Java code.
• Background in public health surveillance or informatics.
• Ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain MAVEN workflows, forms, business rules, notifications, and MMGs.
• Conduct gap analysis between program workflows and MAVEN functionality.
• Translate public health program requirements into technical MAVEN solutions.
• Perform SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Support testing, UAT, and production deployments.
• Collaborate with epidemiologists and program staff to translate requirements into MAVEN configuration.
• Collaborate with programmers, IT, and external vendors.
• Document system configurations, decisions, and changes.
• Support onboarding, training, and user issue resolution.

Skills
