Job summary

Four Seasons Maui is seeking a hospitality professional to provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests. You will describe menu items with vivid details, relay guest orders to the kitchen, and coordinate timing to ensure flawless service.

Applicants should have at least two years in food & beverage, be able to carry trays, and handle cash/credit transactions accurately. Hawaii Food Handler and Maui Liquor cards, ServSafe within 3 months, and TB clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years food & beverage service or related work.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
• Hawaii Food Handler Card
• Maui Liquor Card
• ServSafe (within 3 months)
• Tuberculosis Clearance

Responsibilities

• Describe menu items to guests with vivid descriptions; communicate orders to the kitchen using the hotel’s POS system; coordinate food timings and check accuracy of orders.
• Anticipate guest needs, address concerns, and provide timely recommendations.
• Properly close guest checks and process payments, ensuring accuracy and hospitality.
